This project included building a new 2-story building, renovations to the existing facility, two drive-thru lanes, a customer service lobby, charging stations for electric cars and a 1,800-square-foot conference room.

The new over 16,000-square-foot facility will serve as a convenient hub for arranging electric service upon moving into the county, bill payments, and accessing the diverse range of services that Jackson EMC offers.
