State-of-the-Art Training Center to Serve a Growing Employee Base

Kubota Manufacturing of America Corporation (KMA) continued its partnership with Carroll Daniel as the general contractor to renovate its existing 6,500 SF engineering office to create a new Training and Recruiting Center in Gainesville, Georgia, where KMA’s U.S. manufacturing headquarters is located. The newly renovated training facility will be used for onboarding and training new employees. Carroll Daniel also built Kubota’s award-winning Research & Development Center – a facility comprised of testing stations and corporate offices – in Gainesville.

Facility Elements

The two-story complete renovation included metal panels for interior and exterior surfaces, all new floor and wall finishes and a new custom millwork package. The Carroll Daniel team upgraded the exterior with a stucco finish and completely new landscape and hardscape features. The interior lower level of the facility includes custom lighting and exposed ceilings.
