Our prequalification process is simple, secure and can be completed easily online. We are dedicated to understanding more about our subcontractor base – your goals, your experience, your challenges, and your achievements. Every step in our process is intentional in gaining a better understanding of how to maximize success on projects, while recognizing opportunities for added levels of planning and oversight.

Who should complete the prequalification process?

All Carroll Daniel Construction trade partners, whether existing or new, are asked to maintain a current and complete prequalification form each year.

Your prequalification form does not need to be completed prior to submission of your bid/quote, but we will ask that it be completed prior to the award of a subcontract.

 Suppliers and select professional service providers are not required to complete the prequalification form, but will be asked to provide certain information. If you are uncertain whether you should complete the prequalification form, please send your inquiry to prequal@carrolldaniel.com and a member of our team will get back with you shortly.

I’m having trouble logging in. What do I do?

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, or you’re simply having issues with access, please call iSqFt Subcontractor Support at 877-422-8665 or by email at customerservice@constructconnect.com.

I’m logged in, but I’m having trouble accessing the prequalification form? What do I do?

Make sure you are logged into the correct account, as access to the prequalification form is email-specific and will only allow access to those emails which match the emails assigned to your company’s profile.  If you need to add a new contact to your company’s profile, please email prequal@carrolldaniel.com or call 770-536-3241.

If you are logged into the correct account, but have recently registered as a new or expired account, please allow 12-24 hours from the time of registration for the system to update the company profile with new permissions.
