Fox Factory Moves to Hall County

Fox Factory selected Carroll Daniel to develop a new facility in Gainesville, Georgia. The project consisted of a 350,000 SF manufacturing facility and a 50,000 SF office component located on a 30-acre site. Housing 300 employees, the Fox Factory offices reside on the second level of the facility, providing views down into assembly areas to offer an integrated and collaborative experience. In addition to office space, the building includes a large cafeteria, locker rooms and all-hands meeting areas

An Award-Winning Facility for a World-Renowned Company

Despite constructing the facility during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Carroll Daniel navigated schedule changes and material shortages to keep the project on track and on-time. The project team worked diligently with subcontractor partners and the client, and after completion, the Fox Factory project received three awards for pushing the boundaries of possibility for design-build project design and construction.
