GAINESVILLE, GA. – On July 30, Carroll Daniel proudly joined Caldwell Electrical Contractors and community leaders to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Caldwell Electrical Contractors’ new headquarters in Gainesville, Georgia.
This milestone represents more than the completion of a new facility—it celebrates a longstanding partnership between Carroll Daniel and Caldwell Electrical Contractors. After collaborating on numerous projects over the years, with Caldwell serving as a trusted electrical contractor, Carroll Daniel was honored to serve as the general contractor for the construction of Caldwell’s new headquarters.
“This building means more to us than just four walls, this is our home, a place for our headquarters, and we finally have a place that will take us a while to grow into. I want to thank Carroll Daniel for their continued support and for building our new space for us to enjoy for many years to come,” said Daniel Caldwell, President of Caldwell Electrical Contractors.
The new 75,000-square-foot headquarters was thoughtfully designed to support Caldwell’s continued growth while creating modern, functional spaces for collaboration, training, and daily operations. The two-story office features more than 30 private offices, multiple collaboration spaces, two conference rooms, a dedicated training room, and a spacious employee break room.
Connected to the office is a state-of-the-art warehouse built to meet Caldwell’s operational needs. The facility includes a drive-in truck bay, crane loading and unloading capabilities, and tilt-up concrete construction that provides the durability and flexibility needed to support day-to-day operations.
The project’s architectural and structural design was completed in-house by Carroll Daniel Engineering, showcasing the value of an integrated design-build approach and seamless collaboration from concept through construction.
