MOUNT JULIET, TENNESSEE – Carroll Daniel recently completed the first concrete foundation pours at the Mount Juliet Logistics project for Greystar, marking the next phase of construction. With major civil work now complete, this milestone provided an opportunity to recognize the field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders whose planning, collaboration, and commitment have kept the project moving forward since breaking ground in February.
The event brought the entire project team together over Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint, with raffle giveaways and prizes as a small token of appreciation for the crews who continue to show up each day committed to building safely, efficiently, and with excellence.
In just the first phase of concrete operations, the team successfully placed approximately 2,400 cubic yards of concrete, marking a significant achievement in the project’s schedule. With approximately 5,600 additional cubic yards still to be placed, the team is maintaining strong momentum as construction progresses.
Equally important, the project has achieved zero safety incidents to date—a reflection of the commitment every individual on site has made to protecting one another, going home safely to our families, while delivering quality work.

While the Mount Juliet Logistics development will ultimately deliver a modern Class A logistics facility to support continued industrial growth in Middle Tennessee, days like this serve as a reminder that successful projects begin with strong teams.
