Carroll Daniel Construction was selected to build a safe, secure residential development for Just People, Inc., a private non-profit that provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities.

The Cobb Innovation & Technology Academy (CITA) is a first of its kind facility for Cobb County School District. The 67,648 SF, one-story steel-framed CMU in-filled addition was constructed on an occupied high school site that was also undergoing a major phased re-build.

This project involved renovations and build-outs within an existing flavor manufacturing plant in Cartersville, Georgia. Built in three phases, elements included a Flavor Tasting Room, a Class 1/Division 1 (blast and explosion-proof) Flavor Compounding Laboratory, and a Falling Film Evaporator Tower built through the roof of the existing and operating plant.
