The Walton County YMCA is a 36,000-square-foot facility designed to promote health, wellness, and community connection in Monroe, Georgia. Built to serve individuals of all ages and families across Walton County, the YMCA features a variety of amenities, including an eight-lane competition lap pool, a recreational pool, a fully equipped fitness center, and an activity center.

Bringing Vision to Life

Carroll Daniel was honored to be selected as the construction partner for this milestone project, which was completed in two phases. Situated on a 38-acre site, Phase 1 included extensive sitework and utility installation to prepare the property for future development. Phase 2 focused on constructing the 36,000-square-foot YMCA building and associated parking areas—bringing this long-awaited community hub to life.
