Diving into a New Facility

Carroll Daniel continued its partnership with Lumpkin County, Georgia, with the design and construction of a new Lumpkin County Recreation Center (formally named Pinetree Recreation Center). The facility consists of a 26,000 SF gym with two basketball courts that can double as four pickleball courts, concessions and meeting rooms. The new center will include an additional six exterior pickleball courts, an eight-lane, 25-yard competition swimming pool, and an outdoor water park with two water slides, a lazy river and an aquatic playground/splash pad.

A Space for the Community

Built on the same campus as the new Lumpkin County Elementary School, the Lumpkin County Recreation Center will provide space for outdoor and indoor sports and recreation options for the entire community to enjoy. The center’s prime location ensures access for students and families alike.
