Preconstruction Collaboration with the Whole Team

The initial estimated cost based on the design documents was $18M. Carroll Daniel’s project management team worked extensively with the architect and YANMAR to price alternates and come up with creative ways to enhance the budget. For example, our plan to balance the site saved YANMAR $500,000. In the end, we helped reduce the final budget by about 20 percent, with no impact to the final design or quality of the EVO//Center.

We Finish Strong

Despite the project’s extremely fast-tracked 10 month schedule, we are proud to say that the YANMAR EVO//Center’s punch list was minimal and was completed in just one week – record time!

Their team has worked together seamlessly to provide constant communication regarding schedule and budget. They were able to devise a phasing schedule that will allow us to complete this facility four months ahead of schedule.
