Carroll Daniel Construction earned a top spot at the Best Places to Work Event Ceremony this year, hosted by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The Gainesville-based business ranked No. 10 for Large Employers in the Metro Atlanta area. The Best Places to Work Awards highlight successful companies that are going above and beyond to keep their workforce happy and is based on an optional Employee Engagement Survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
Carroll Daniel now employs 350 people and had a 95 percent response rate to the survey, demonstrating the company’s high level of team member engagement. The three most outstanding words conveyed by Carroll Daniel’s team members were:
