Carroll Daniel Construction Company is expanding, opening a new office location in Nashville, Tennessee to further serve their client base in the Southeast. Two longtime Nashville residents, Grant Chaney and Allen Guillory have joined Carroll Daniel to lead the efforts and represent the company in the Tennessee market.
“Nashville has a growing economy with a strong workforce,” says Brian Daniel, President and CEO of Carroll Daniel Construction Company. “As our client base grows, we identified a need to extend our services with a permanent presence in Tennessee. This office will support the region as it continues to be one of the fastest developing construction pipelines in the Southeast.”
The firm’s Nashville location will focus on both private and public projects as they support a growing client base in the region.

Chaney joins Carroll Daniel after several years working in economic and industrial development for major railroad and construction companies. His prior experience focused on leading teams and industrial development programs to achieve strategic business growth. In his role as Vice President and Division Manager, Chaney will focus on client partnerships and operational oversight of all projects and teams.

Guillory’s experience in the construction industry spans 30 years, with a strong, diverse portfolio of projects under his belt, ranging from industrial, to education, to hospitality, healthcare and more. He has led teams as a senior level construction executive for national and regional construction firms, where he has built many signature projects across Tennessee. In his role as Operations Manager for Carroll Daniel’s Nashville division, he will provide construction and operational leadership to the project management and field operations teams.
Carroll Daniel’s work stretches across the southeast, including notable projects for several private and public companies – most recently Georgia Ports Authority, Kubota Manufacturing of America, Delta Airlines, Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, Fox Factory, Florida’s Natural, Nascar, Fieldale Farms, Tyson, Continental Tire, and others.
With the latest office opening in Nashville, Carroll Daniel now has six office locations across the Southeastern US.
