Beyond the Scope

Pine Street Elementary School (PSES) is a replacement of the oldest facility within Rockdale County Public Schools. As such, there are several generations of PSES alumni in the community, and many were interested in the project. The client’s intent was for this new school to be an exciting, new facility for those in the community. At the center of the building, was a designed courtyard with outdoor seating for constructive learning. This design was not within the project’s budget, but the Carroll Daniel team worked with the owner and architect to offer various options to build it into a reality.

The owner and architect were included in meetings, kept informed throughout the project, and were provided with timely information to quickly resolve issues and conflicts, and we, the school system, are proud to showcase this very successful facility. Carroll Daniel’s attention to client service, with a caring attitude to the school system, did not go unnoticed and can be rated as 5-Star.
