Continuing a Longstanding Partnership
Carroll Daniel continued its longstanding partnership with Forsyth County Schools through the construction of the new Midway Elementary School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Originally built by Carroll Daniel in the 1960s, the previous Midway Elementary has been a community cornerstone for decades. Nearly 60 years later, we’re honored to help shape its future with a modern, purpose-built facility designed to support growth and provide students and educators with the tools they need to thrive.
Built on a Strong Foundation
The almost 140,000-square-foot school follows the county’s one-story elementary school prototype—similar to the design of Poole’s Mill Elementary, which Carroll Daniel also built in 2020. Replacing the former facility, which served 625 students, the new campus will nearly double its capacity to serve up to 1,175 students.
