Advancing Academic Facilities
Carroll Daniel Construction partnered with Athens Technical College — a unit of the Technical College System of Georgia — for the demolition of an existing building and construction of a new Industrial Systems Technical Building. The project team worked on an occupied campus to maximize schedule, prioritizing safety while maintaining efficiency. The new Industrial Systems Technology Building now provides a revamped educational space for their HVAC Tech, Manufacturing, Engineering, Robotics programs. The construction of the new building allows the college to expand core programs on the main campus from several of their satellite locations.
