A retrofitting renovation.

The 440,000 square foot Ramsey Student Center located on UGA’s East Campus is one of the largest student athletic recreation facilities in the United States. The renovation performed included retrofitting a portion of the Ramsey Center to become the new women’s volleyball coach’s offices, team facilities, and visiting team locker room. Also added was a new 8,300 SF interior level in the abandoned women’s gymnastics practice facility. The upper level of the new space was retrofitted as a student aerobic/dance area with the lower level being a student weight training and cardio facility.

Your company (Carroll Daniel Construction) has inspired confidence that you will get the job done within budget, on time, and at a high quality level. Your company stood and delivered, and it is without reservation that I can recommend your company for future work.
