Work Throughout the City

Improving customer-facing elements.

Branching out from the center, our team is also delivering on projects at the College Park, Indian Creek and H.E. Holmes stations, all focused on improving the rider experience.

Trains Roll During Improvements

Working in an operational environment.

With nearly 435,000 riders per day, MARTA must keep passengers moving while improvements are being made. Our team brings experience working in operational and fast-paced environments with a sensitivity and respect for the policies, procedures and safety initiatives specific to public transit systems. The team maximizes the work schedule while minimizing impacts and mitigating risks for passengers and MARTA employees, performing much of its work at non-peak travel times.

Safety First

Ensuring safety for riders and workers.

The MARTA Station Rehabilitation projects are being completed alongside the running transit system in stations across the city. Working wayside by the trains requires advanced scheduling to plan single tracking both ways, allowing work to be completed on the opposite tracks. In order to optimize schedule while prioritizing safety, advanced logistics planning is carried out to document crew safety precautions, submit necessary permits, and coordinate between the Carroll Daniel | Moody team, MARTA safety, rail control and trade partners.

Carroll Daniel | Moody has demonstrated a total commitment to the success of each project and our program as a whole. They engage stakeholders as necessary and build an environment that fosters collaboration and open communication, leading to better project results for everyone. Carroll Daniel | Moody constantly strives to understand our needs on each project and find ways to engage that lead to successful outcomes.
