On Track for Success

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) is investing $300 million in rehabilitating multiple stations, including: new floors, walls, ceilings and benches, enhanced lighting, landscaping and murals. Much of the renovation work will take place during non-peak travel times to minimize customer impact.

We’re going to make a big investment in station rehabilitation. Some key stations in the city of Atlanta; Five Points is one of them. We’re using some of this More MARTA money to make improvements, whether it’s access improvements or really revitalizing the stations.
