To ensure optimal communication on this addition to an operating plant, the superintendent provided the owner and project team with daily reports about site activities, visitors, and progress. Additionally, each owner meeting included a two week look back and two week look ahead to ensure all project stakeholders had a firm grasp on the project “big picture.”
