The core & shell construction is inclusive of interior egress stairs, two elevators, and life safety systems. The lateral system is designed to keep the new structure from contacting the adjacent existing structure of the Atlanta Falcons indoor practice facility. The sitework portion includes demolition, clearing and grading, installing 219 parking spaces, and building and site utilities.
