HUNTERSVILLE, NC. – Carroll Daniel Construction hosted a team appreciation lunch for subcontractor partners working on the Beltway 77 Industrial Park Project in Huntersville, North Carolina. Subcontractors and project partners gathered on the Beltway 77 site to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and collaborative spirit that contributed to the successful progress of this project.

The event began with remarks from Carroll Daniel Construction President & CEO, Brian Daniel, and Eldon Gowens, Vice President and Division Manager, who thanked the individuals working to bring this project to life.

Beltway 77 Industrial Park is a major warehouse distribution project that involved constructing two logistics/warehouse spec buildings totaling 821,000 SF of tilt wall on over 75 acres. Project elements included over 550,000 CY of dirt to move, a mile of new public roadway crossing a creek and high-pressure gas transportation pipelines, and planting over 1700 trees.

Conveniently located off Interstate 77, the business park contains ample office space and trailer parking. Given Charlotte’s strong economic and population growth, this central location is poised to grow even stronger in the future. Beltway 77’s build to suit offices and loading bay capacity is ideal for distribution or warehouse occupants, providing unparalleled transportation access and facilitating reach to various markets.
