DAHLONEGA, GA. – On Friday, November 7, 2025, Carroll Daniel joined the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, Georgia, to celebrate an exciting milestone in the construction of the Wynne-Mathews Military Science Center. To mark this achievement, our team hosted a team appreciation lunch and topping out ceremony on site. The event brought together subcontractors, donors, and members of the UNG community for a day of fellowship and gratitude. Guests enjoyed a BBQ lunch, received commemorative t-shirts, and had the opportunity to celebrate the teamwork and dedication that have driven this project forward.

This two-story, 22,500-square-foot building will soon serve as a state-of-the-art Military Science Center, providing modern, technology-enabled classrooms and flexible spaces to support instruction for more than 1,000 cadets. The center will also include a large classroom designed to accommodate 100 cadets for various events and auditorium-style presentations.

“This project has truly been a team effort from day one,” said Tyler Wiley, Operations Manager at Carroll Daniel. “We’re fortunate to have such amazing subcontractors and partners who are working tirelessly to bring this vision to life. Their commitment and craftsmanship are what make milestones like this possible.”

The Wynne-Mathews Military Science Center is set to open in Fall 2026, and we are proud to play a role in building a facility that will shape future generations of leaders.
