SOCIAL CIRCLE, GA. – On Thursday, July 31, 2025, Carroll Daniel gathered with Social Circle City Schools to celebrate the grand opening of the new Social Circle Elementary School—a state-of-the-art campus designed to shape the future of education in the district. The ribbon cutting ceremony marked the official opening of the 105,045-square-foot facility, which will serve as a modern and inspiring home for the district’s youngest learners.
This new school consolidates the former Social Circle Elementary and Social Circle Primary schools into a single, unified kindergarten through 6th grade campus. The building brings increased efficiency, improved learning environments, and room to grow.
