HOSCHTON, GA. – On Monday, July 21, Carroll Daniel proudly broke ground on a transformative new PreK-12 campus in Hoschton, Georgia. The 108-acre site will soon be home to Hoschton High School, Sell’s Mill Middle School, and Hayes Elementary School—a $230 million investment in the future of education. This milestone marks another chapter in Carroll Daniel’s longstanding partnership with Jackson County Schools, a district that continues to experience some of the fastest growth in the state.

“Jackson County Schools and Carroll Daniel have worked hand-in-hand for many years, and we’re proud to continue that relationship with this exciting project,” said Carroll Daniel Business Developer, Chris Erwin. “Together, we’ve tackled the challenges of rapid growth by building innovative, future-ready learning environments for students across the county.”

Following the recent completion of Legacy Knoll Middle School in 2023 and Heroes Elementary School in 2024, this new campus is designed to meet the increasing demand for educational space in the region. Hoschton High School and Hayes Elementary are set to open in Fall 2027, with Sell’s Mill Middle School following in Fall 2028. Carroll Daniel is honored to partner once again with Jackson County Schools to help shape the future of education in Northeast Georgia.
