Efficient Collaboration and Material Management

Working against material shortages, the project team was able to get roofing materials, steel, concrete ready mix and other necessary construction materials procured early to mitigate schedule changes. The Carroll Daniel team held regularly scheduled meetings and hosted site visits to communicate effectively between subcontractor partners and the project’s two Owners, STAG Industrial and Strategic Capital Partners, keeping all stakeholders informed of project progress every step of the way.
