Due to our strong history and relationship with Lumpkin County Schools, Carroll Daniel was selected as the CMAR for the new Cottrell Elementary School (replacing Lumpkin County Elementary School). The new 113,400 SF, state-of-the-art building is located on a 26.6-acre site – adjacent to Lumpkin County’s new Recreation Center.
A Colorful Design
Nestled amidst the North Georgia mountains, the new Lumpkin Elementary School campus provides a picturesque backdrop, offering students and staff an inspiring environment in which to learn and thrive. Serving nearly 900 students, this first-class building features abundant natural light, playful uses of color, and is complete with an indoor slide in Lumpkin County School System’s signature purple.
