Center Stage in Downtown Lawrenceville

A tight, urban site put this project in the public spotlight

Surrounded by busy one-way streets, careful logistical coordination was required due to the tight size of the site and its location in the heart of downtown Lawrenceville. Our team worked closely with the city and downtown neighbors to communicate and coordinate deliveries, traffic, and activities.

Virtual Virtuosos

Utilizing Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools to ensure a flawless production.

When structural steel erection was close to beginning, the LPAC project team and our VDC | Design department met with our sub partners to coordinate steel erection inside the precast structure of the new main theater.

"This is a legacy project, built from a million dreams held by our community, for an arts home where all are welcomed."

Anthony Rodriguez
Co-Founder of Aurora Theatre
