Recent Contract/Subcontract AwardsKelly Mill Elementary School On Thursday, November 18, 2010, the Forsyth County Board of Education voted to award Carroll Daniel Construction a contract to construct their new Kelly Mill Elementary School. This 135,000 SF building will mark the third consecutive time our firm has constructed this prototype elementary school in Forsyth County. This facility will be utilized in the University's research of alternative fuel generation.Carroll Daniel Construction Company was awarded the contract for the UT Alternative Energy Research Facility, the new facility, with complete sitework will consist of metal stud framing and brick veneer exterior. The facility will be operational and usable for the University of Tennesses Alternative Fuel Generation.
