General Contracting services typically provide owners with a traditional design-bid-build approach for their construction projects. Carroll Daniel can deliver these services in a variety of ways depending on the needs of our clients. We perform general contracting services on either a negotiated contract or bid basis. We are active participants in the competitive bid market and acquire the majority our of projects in this manner. For negotiated projects we can work under a lump sum, cost plus, or cost plus with a guaranteed maximum basis. In the field, we excel at jobsite coordination, safety, schedule control, cost management, and quality assurance.
