Construction Management is an entirely different approach to building construction. In the CM process, the Owner, Architect and Contractor form a team and work together as a group to complete the project. We provide preconstruction services that include budgeting and project estimating, technical systems analysis, project scheduling, and value engineering. This process virtually eliminates disputes, increased costs, and change orders caused by discrepancies in documentation. Unlike many of our competitors, Carroll Daniel is able to self-perform major elements of work when it is in the best interest of the client to do so. We maintain a full workforce of skilled tradespeople capable of efficiently performing construction activities. We provide construction management services either as an agent for the owner, or on an construction manager at-risk (guaranteed performance) basis.
