A native of Northern Virginia, Carroll settled in Gainesville after completing his service with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. McPherson, Georgia. Built on the principles of quality, service, performance, and uncompromising integrity, the business quickly grew to include work throughout the Southeast and a second office near Orlando, Florida.
