Mansfield Oil Interior Build-Out
This consisted of turning an existing pre engineered metal building shell into a two level office space. Carroll Daniel poured an independent structural steel supported mezzanine. The space will house approx. 40 staff members on the first floor and a potential meeting space on the second floor. The build-out was completed in mid November and is tracking LEED® certification using an in house consultant team, including a LEED® AP. |
