Carroll Daniel to Provide Construction Management at Risk Services for Hall County

Carroll Daniel is teaming with R.J. Griffin & Company of Atlanta, GA to provide the Hall County Board of Commissioners with Construction Manager at Risk Services for their upcoming County Services Relocation projects.  These projects will include renovations to the former Liberty Mutual Building (pictured above), the Courthouse Annex, the Avita Building and Fire Station No. 4.  Sizemore Group of Atlanta, GA is providing Design Services to the Owner for the relocation projects.  Design Services for the renovations to Fire Station No. 4 will be provided through the Construction Manager. 
 
Preconstruction Services on these projects has commenced.
